Markisha Bosley is a native of Plaquemine, LA residing in Beaumont, TX. She is a wife and mother of 4 children along with 2 bonus children. She has a career in Oil & Gas Refining by day and Founder of Ladies 1st Empowerment by passion. She had a vision to launch Ladies 1st Empowerment from communicating with family and friends, realizing more bad than good going on in the lives of women. She felt like the women were suffering and there was a need for an organization to turn all the pain into power and pleasure. She was thinking we as women have so much going on, we wear so many hats, it’s time to put ourselves as priority and embrace self-love. That is where the name Ladie’s 1st came about, “We are the Ladies and we come 1st.” This organization was created hopeful that ladies understand the importance of self-love and positive mindset. She believes that a woman who is confident and embraces self-love can conquer anything. Once you tap into the strength of a women, it can lead to a magical outcome for everybody around you. She will continue to stress the importance of a lady loving herself, protecting her energy, uplifting her spirits and promoting positive communication. Ladies 1st Empowerment is part of her purpose driven future by a lady for ladies.
